Card loss and Deletion

Even if you have completely lost your card, don’t worry. Delete the card to prevent others from using it.

 STEP. 1 

1. From the main page, go to Card or Menu, then select the card category.
2. On the card page, click the Menu.

 STEP. 2 

3. Click the Delete Card menu.
4. After reading the precautions, type DELETE in the deletion code field and press the Delete Card button.
5. You can then confirm on the card page that the card has been deleted.
